Configure Mail Client (Microsoft Outlook)
While there are many desktop mail clients that can be used, we are going to run you through the process of setting upo Microsoft Outlook in the steps below. The settings for most desktop clients will be similar, however if you need help in setting up another mail client, you can usually search the web for instructions. Try typing Setting Up Your Email in **mail client name**. If you still need further help, you can use our support to log a ticket or ask for live help.
Step 1
Open outlook and Select Tools > Account Settings.

Step 2
Click on new from the account settings dialogue.

Step 3
Select the radio button with POP3 and click next.

Step 4
Check the box at the bottom to manually configure settings. The text fields in the screen should get greyed out. Select next.

Step 5
Check the radio button next to Internet e-mail and click next.

Step 6
Fill in your account details using your email settings. If you dont have these settings you will need to contact us and we will send them to you. Once filled out, before clicking next, click on the More Settings button.

Step 7
Go to the outgoing server tab and check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Leave the radio button on the option shown below (Use same settings as my incoming mail server).

Step 8
Click the advanced tab and change the port to Port 26. Once done you can click OK.

Step 9
You can now click test account settings. The dialogue box should process for a short while (10 - 30 seconds) and you should recieve a series of green ticks.

Step 10
Once done a test email will have been automatically sent and your domain email has been set up.
