A very simple but often overlooked practice is backing up information. Your website is no different to any other software that stores important information. You dont need to back up your website if you haven't changed anything, however it is important to remember that if you have an online store or an interactive website (i.e. that hosts a forum)  you aren't the only person who updates information. Step-1

Log in to the “Back-End” of your Website using your Administration details.

Step-2

Click on the “Backup required!” button.

Step-3

Click “Backup Now!”

Step-4

Select the Backup you just completed.

Step-5

Click on "Download".

Step -6

Save the downloaded file, Backup complete.
