The following table illustrates all the costs that are involved to get your website up and running for the period of time stated. With each website support package comes a free website hosting plan, free email hosting and a free domain name. Once the initial package term has expired you will have the option to renew for another fixed period of time (1 or 2 years) at the same rate. We guarantee our rates for life - meaning we will not increase the cost of support packages from the time you sign up!

Workshop Booking Terms and Conditions
To ensure that all workshop bookings are genuine we have set a cancellation policy in place. This is to eliminate people holding places and not showing up to workshops that could result in someone else missing out. As there is a limit of only 10 participants per workshop, we want to make sure their is a fair process that gives everyone the opportunity to attend the workshops.
If you are unable to attend, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another interested party.
Cancellation policy and fees
More than 14 calendar days prior to event start date a participant may: Substitute attendee; Transfer to a different course/event; Request a credit note for monies paid; Apply for a refund of monies paid ($27.50 fee applies for cheque refunds); 14 – 8 calendar days prior to event start date a participant may: Substitute attendee. Transfer to a different course/event; Request a credit note be raised for monies paid (less $50 cancellation fee) 7 calendar days or less prior to event start date a participant may: Substitute attendee. No shows will be charged the full $99 booking fee. Payment must accompany the registration form; ezEonline! reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course/event to an alternative date in which event all registered participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available course/event, or elect to receive a full credit or refund for monies paid.
